Excellent Customer Service!

The reimbursement turnaround is amazingly quick which is alway a good thing! I usually have it back in two weeks! The ease of submitting my claims for JayDee is appreciated and takes like 5 minutes using the pre-filled forms online.

I recommend Nationwide for Pet Insurance

We have had pet insurance with Nationwide for 12 years. I have had little problems with the company. Last year our Lab had melanoma & also tore is ASL. We had a lot of pet bills. We received our payments in a timely matter and most treatments were covered. We were very lucky to have had Nationwide. The only disappointing item was that our premium was raised about $45 per month.
