Our claim took WAYYY too long to process
I am happy that we finally got out claim paid, but it took about 6 months. Why???? We pay our premium every month, we provided al of the info you needed in a timely manner and yet we had to wait 6 months. I would expect better from a well known company like Nationwide. We have another claim in now for our other dog. I certainly hope it won't take as long or we will consider taking our business to anther insurance company. Thanks for listening.

Rude and undependable
Was at the ER with my furkid and the customer service rep was difficult and finally got to speak to a manager or supervisor with the ER financial gal listening to entire conversation trying to help me. Phone was disconnected or she hung up. Never called me back even tho they have my number ObViously! I called back and they said she was “busy” and couldn’t take my call. Then to top it off the cost of this visit was not reimbursed but a small fraction. Absolute TOTAL rip off and so disappointing!!!! I am letting all my friends know if this experience and how it is not worth the cost or hassle. I called after 4 weeks when reimbursement claim was done and was told I could resubmit. I said when were they going to tell me about that option if I didn’t call yo ask. She said I would receive a letter. NO letter and about 7 weeks plus out.

Great insurance policy but..........
Great coverage and no hassle insurance payments via electronic deposit....however the time to process payments has drastically gone up, customer service provides scripted responses that no update for payments can be provided till 30 days are over, now the payments take 30 days, at least to come in.

Very impressed and happy with Pets Best
I've only had the insurance a little over a week and already used the wellness plan for a neutering, microchip and heartworm test. They reimbursed me with the exact amounts the plan described, through direct deposit in 3 business days. The Pets Best iPhone app works great. I did everything within the app, I submitted my claim, added my dogs photo, and you can update any pet or owner info with it. So far I'm very happy with the insurance.
