You guys are the best... I have three pets (My kids) I insured with you and every time that I had to file a claim - the response time of payment was not extremely fast without any issues! I thank you guys so much, as do my “Kids”!!!

You've been a big help!
I am so glad I made the decision to get pet insurance for my dog. I've, unfortunately, had to submit alot of claims due to issues he developed or illnesses, dog bites, that have happened to him. The insurance has definitely come in handy. My only complaint, and not really a complaint, is that it takes so long to get reimbursed. But I can only imagine how many claims you must have to deal with.

Rude customer service and process for claims is slow and archaic
takes an average of 30 days to process claims, the website does not provide any added value when trying to look up claims from last month and very snotty representatives when i call asking questions. i am so sorry to be a bother, guess i need to take my business elsewhere.

Expensive for peace of mind, long processing times.
This is expensive for peace of mind. I plan to set up a savings plan for my dogs for health services in lieu of this insurance. Processing also takes too long. Over a month before you are reimbursed for any expenses. The EOBs don't tell you where you are with meeting your deductible. Only that you haven't met it for them to pay. So you will need to keep your own tally of expenses.

I am so relieved that you help support the cost of what Coco has been going through these last 2 years. I dont know what I would of done without this insurance to help me reimburse on payments. These Vets are so expense and people dont get that all dogs get sick or need something down the road. I always recommend to anyone I see at the vet office and family/friends.

And I thought I shouldn't have gotten Pet Insurance
I would be on the streets now if I hadn't had Nation Wide Pet Insurance! My beautiful Zainah was hit by a car on March 13th. She broke both of her front legs---I have had the most extraordinary vet care, they have submitted the insurance claims, and nationwide has been responsive when they called wiht some questions. The customer service provided by Josh Clark had been superior. My only requests for improvement: 1) payments take a long time to get to me:) 2) The statements do NOT name the provider who submitted the claim.. In my case I have had to go to Ventura for most of Zainah's care; howver have had to take her to the local vet a few times. It is difficult to know which claim is from whom. Please see if the provider's name can be included on the statements. Thank you nationwide! And I have referred 5 people to you so far. Claudia Crawford
