Nationwide allows me to care for my pet's medical needs and stay on budget.
My cat had an initial bladder issue and a couple of repeat flare-ups. His condition was urgent. Having Nationwide Pet Insurance gives me peace of mind that will be able to care or his medical needs, and allows me to stay on budget through monthly premiums and an annual deductible. There are no surprises. Nationwide also makes it fast and easy to submit claims. I wish I had enrolled my pets with Nationwide sooner! Thank you Nationwide!

Confidence and Assurance
I have had nothing but the best experience thus far with Nationwide Pet Insurance. I love the fact they have a Vet Helpline as well which did help me when I had an incident come up late at night. I was able to call the Vet helpline and determine quickly I did not have to rush to the emergency vet with my issue. The Vet helpline even called me the next day to ask how everything was. They could have easily just e-mailed me but they picked up the phone and called me. Not something I see companies doing and I think taking the time to do this is a big plus. Submitting a claim is quick and easy. Their app for this does way more than just submit claims. I love having all of the medical information handy in this app and being able to track my dogs weight and so much more.

Great coverage but ease of claims behind the times
I am very glad that our pet is covered under Nationwide pet insurance. We have utilized it several times since purchase. My only complaint would be the length of time required to receive a reimbursement and the ease of submitting a claim. There is no reason it should not be fully electronic. I fax my claims in now. I also did this in 1992.

I am so impressed with Embrace. They are not only friendly, but very efficient. I turned two claims in on December 26, 2018 and today I received conformation that they were both paid! HOW'S that for SERVICE? I am so glad that I chose Embrace for Cooper.

Claim submission is easy
I wasn't sure at first, but after my first claim was processed it has been smooth sailing since. I love how easy it is to upload the claim online. Sometimes the wait to get someone on the phone is very long. No less than 10 minutes and often 20. That can be frustrating.
