I am grateful that you are using e-mail and hope that you phase out FAX'ing very quickly. Being retired, I do not have access to a FAX machine. Also, I am grateful that I can use bank transfer technology to receive my claim reimbursements.

Excellent, quick service when submitting a claim
I have recommended Nationwide Pet Insurance to many of my friends and relatives. We have had their insurance for the past few years on two of our dogs. Their customer service, website, claim submission and claim payment are the easiest I have ever seen. We would never own a pet without this insurance.

So easy
Filing claims through the app is so easy. Just fill out a few boxes and take a photo of the bill. After a short time I receive a text for the direct deposit reimbursement. I have always been reimbursed before my credit card payment is due.

Great support
