It took over 3 weeks to process an ongoing medication payment of $35. This is a very long payment process and trupanion has deteriorated greatly in turn around payment process.

My claims are always processed quickly and correctly. I have never had to call to question a payment. Plus Trupanion always keeps me informed by sending an email letting me know that they received my claim and when my claim is finalized.

I received two checks yesterday and accidentally shredded them, I called and asked if they could stop payment on the checks and there was no hassle at all .They said I would be getting duplicate checks in the mail in about 10 days.�

Extremely easy and timely.
My dog had to stay overnight to be treated for HGE. The vet bill was very expensive and past my $1000 deductible. A few days later, I put in a claim. The claims process was extremely easy and simple. Within a few days the claim had processed. There was a break down of how everything was covered. Unfortunately, my direct deposit did not go through and I just received a paper check two weeks later. Other than that, the process was extremely easy and timely.
