My only complaint would be the long reimbursement time on claims!

Good Insurance
Good company and coverage is very good. Slow on repaying claims avg. 15-30 days, but they take their $$ every month from your account on day due. Also raised cost from last year by $300+. But still good No real explanation.

Claims take a bit long to process
I am pleased with the benefits and customer care. My only minor complaint is that most if not all of my claims have taken the maximum 30 days to pay out. I wish there was a quicker turn around.

Cost covered that day
My dog Titan was in to get neutered and had to have surprise surgery. Most of the cost for that surgery was covered that day. The vet put in the claim I didn't have to do anything or wait for the money to be sent to me!

It is a very easy process. You simply log into your account and upload your receipt. Payment takes only a few days.
