Glad I got the insurance
I'm very happy with the service it took 3 days from when I submitted my claim and invoice copy to be reimburse. I have recommended to my friends on Facebook of what a great service on having Pets Best Insurance and to consider getting pet insurance as their pets get older, I selected the 90% w/$200 deductible I paid all upfront for my dog's mass removal tumor that cost almost $1000 including the blood work etc and got reimbursed in 3 days 90% minus the deductible which I had pretty much already met from previous vet visit claim I had submitted. Glad I got the insurance.

Excellent company to deal with
Terrific service. Pleasure doing business with. Had one issue regarding direct deposit. Checks were sent to bank, bank never received them. I had to cancel that service. No big deal because a paper check is issued within 2 days.

Great coverage, easy to file claims
We only want the best for Chase and we feel like we've found it with Nationwide. I have had zero trouble filing claims using thew Vitus Vet app, and with direct deposit as an option, I get reimbursed promptly and conveniently.

Poor communication
I'm giving you a 6 because I have had some problems with communication issues both on trupanion side and on vet side and their communications with trupanion, or training on how to use trupanion and submit billing. Also, I am not yet receiving payments as I am still using up my deductible.
