I am very fortunate to have this insurance coverage for my Belle. This recent emergent condition scared me so bad, so having the insurance was a blessing and calming factor during all of this. Great turn around time on the reimbursement was also very impressive. Easy/simple claim form was a plus too. I truly appreciated the follow up call from Shelly this week checking on Belle and checking on my satisfaction. Thank you so much for making my life less stressful when it comes to my dogs health. Happy we have pet insurance
Submitting claims is pretty easy. Most claims have been processed to our deductible which has now been met. It seemed to take awhile for us to receive our first check. I received a letter stating NW needed another 30days to process, but a day or two later I received confirmation that I was getting reimbursed. I'm curious to see how quickly my claim is processed when my puppy gets neutered.

Worst pet insurance company out there!!
You didn’t receive a payment and threatened to send my mom to collections. Then three months after she cancelled, you threatened to send her to collections again!!! Worst company out there!! Whatever you do don’t choose pets plus us when deciding on a pet insurance company for your pet! You’ll be sorry!

Easy and Efficient
This is the first time we've ever had pet insurance, and I wasn't sure it would be necessary, but we purchased it at the time we rescued our cat. We have submitted claims for wellness checks and used the online forms which were very easy to fill out. The claims were processed in short time. This year we were surprised to learn that our cat needed several teeth extracted--our first high dollar event. Again, the claim was easy to fill out and quickly processed. I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance. You may not think you will need it, but if you do, it's very helpful and comforting.
