You guys are awesome.
They are always very timely in getting my payments sent out. They have covered every claim I have submitted. My dog had TPLO surgery and it was fully covered minus the $100 deductible. She is now having back issues and they have covered her X-rays and office visits for follow-up care. This company is amazing and they take care of the customer 100%. I am happy I have this insurance as two English Mastiffs can be expensive as they age. My girls are 6 and 7 and this insurance has made caring for them easy as I know my claims will get paid.

Easy and dependable
I was very impressed with the ease of submitting my claim and also the payment. They were clear with me in regard to what/wasn't covered and very fair. I was skeptical in buying pet insurance but wanted to protect myself to some extent in case something happens. I think this insurance works as intended and I'm very happy with how they've addressed my claims so far.

Simply the best, most versatile coverage you can get for your pet.
I shopped around and when it came down to claims covered and cost, Nationwide is the best choice. My dog, Guinness has everything from wellness visits to prescriptions covered at 90% reimbursement. The claim process could not be easier. I use the cell phone app and within 30 days the reimbursement is deposited directly into my account. I have recommended Nationwide to several other pet owners. The best ever decision for my dog
My 5-year old female Pomeranian accidentally broke one of her front leg two months ago. At first I chose the most economical treatment option of putting a splint on her injured leg with a hope that it could heal itself. Unfortunately after taking a few radiographs the fracture was diagnosed a non-union one. My Vet recommended me to see an orthopedic specialty soon. The orthopedic Vet suggested a fracture repair surgery after reading her X-rays. I was speechless when I was quoted a surgery cost of $6k. “It’s so lucky that I bought a pet insurance from Healthy Paws last year”, a thought popped up on my mind when I was reading the written quote. My dog’s surgery was a success. She recovers very well. She now walks on a leash three times a day, 10 minutes each time. Her orthopedic Vet saw her last week and confirmed that her recovery progress was satisfactory. My girl is very lucky and blessed to have Healthy Paws financially back her up after this unexpected accident occurred. Heathy Paws makes claims simple and easy. Each time after I filled out a few columns online and uploaded my Vet bill, a check from Healthy Paws was delivered to me within a week, no unreasonable exclusions.
