Friendly staff, easy claim process, and decent turnaround time receiving funds.

This is the first time I've submitted a claim for pet insurance. I submitted my claim (at least I thought I did) and didn't receive a payment. When I called Pets Best 3 weeks later to check on the status of my claim, Erica informed me that they never received it. I'm sure it was an error on my part and the claim must of disappeared out in cyberspace. Erika helped me resubmit my claim to make sure I did it correctly. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to an email I sent to her afterward. I received my claim funds about a week which were deposited directly into my checking account......very convenient. When you submit a claim, you should realize that your claim funds will be minus your insurance policy's deductible amount, co-pay amount, and procedures that may not be covered by your insurance. For me, I received funds that covered about 54% of my vet bill. The bill was affordable and most of all my dog has healed quickly and is back to retrieving her balls and swimming in the creeks. I hope the company doesn't jack-up my premium payments to cover my claim. I'll just have to wait and see.

Delays with reimbursement

Having a lot of delays with claim reimbursements. Direct deposit usually take 2-3 days so I have been told and I have been receiving them after 10 days or more.
