direct pay is great
The new plan to pay the doctors directly is great. As a matter of fact it is the main reason I decided to stay with Trupanion despite a recent rate increase.

I've paid the premiums for many
I've paid the premiums for many years and never had a claim until recently. Trupanion has been wonderful since I started making claims for my dogs heart problems and then a cancer problem. They are extremely nice on the phone. The claims are handled quickly and the claim amount is deposited in my bank account within days. I will always get Trupanion insurance for future dogs.

Every time I submit a claim it is easy to do. Your fax number never spits me back because its busy, you inform me you have received the claim and the money is submitted to my bank within a day. I would never want to use any other pet insurance. I give you 5 stars!!

Peace of mind!
I had let a bunch of claims pile up un-submitted and wonderful Loretta, at All Bay told me she d submit batches for me. She also reminded me that they can submit for me after each visit. This was only yesterday and Trupanion has already processed them and done direct deposit into my account - in less than 24 hours! I have already told 2 different people how grateful I am for you all! Knowing that I can take care of Delilah s medical needs without worrying that I can t afford it gives me such peace of mind.
