I'm somewhat satisfied

I've have had a claim sitting there since July 15 and I'm trying to do a electronic payment and it won't let me set it up

Easy claim process

It is so easy to submit a claim! And, the review and payout process is quick and efficient. I especially like the option to direct deposit into our bank account. This is the easiest claim process I’ve ever used. Thank you!

So grateful for Healthy Paws coverage!

I have to say that I'm so pleased with Heathy Paws- from the no hassle claim submission process to the reimbursement to the excellent customer service- everything has been so easy and helpful! We're so happy to have this policy with Healthy Paws and the coverage afforded in his policy....we were able to get our dog the surgery he needed without having to worry about thousands of dollars in bills.

Expensive but worth it

I don't even have to handle the claim, my Vet submits the forms and documents to file the claim. My monthly payment did go up 33% this year which is definitely a factor, but having had one previous dog that went through cancer surgery without insurance, I think it is still worth the added expense.

Easy and convenient

Filing a claim was super convenient! I went the paper route way so I printed out the form, filled it out, and mailed it with the rest of the required paperwork. They e-mailed me confirming that they received the claim, which I appreciated because I wasn't sure how they would let me know if they received it or not. After a short period, they e-mailed me again that the reimbursement would be delivered. I would recommend arranging it online to get a direct deposit to make it even more convenient. The whole experience was easy and fast!

This is the best pet insurance we’ve ever had!

I cannot say enough about how great this insurance has been. It is easy to file a claim and payments are made quickly. I love that I can do the whole transaction through my phone, from filing the claim to depositing the reimbursement. There have been no hassles about what is covered, which is a relief.

Great coverage, great customer service

I have had nationwide for over 6 years. I have ensured multiple animals through your company and have been nothing but pleased. Yuri's recent gastrointestinal issues racked up a bill very quickly and without my insurance coverage I would have had to take that money out of my savings.
