Lifesaver
Nationwide pet insurance has been great. I was with VPI in the beginning and have had a total of 3 dogs insured, 2 at present. Recently my bloodhound needed physical therapy for an injury. The claims are easy to file and the reimbursement was timely. A good part of the physical therapy was covered. I am very pleased. Thank you Nationwide

Overall a good experience dealing with your business
I have had problems understanding delays in payments and need for more information. But this was mostly my fault. When I reach a person to talk to, they are VERY HELPFUL! It’s just hard as you get older to understand electronics communications. Thanks for your patience.

too long to get reimbursement
You take way to long to process a claim. Taking 4 weeks to receive your reimbursement on a claim that is direct deposit is ridiculous. It should only take 7 days at the most to process a claim and get your money back. You are consistently this long on every single claim I make. Not sure why it takes so long, but I know other companies that don't take as long. For a claim that is a lot of money, that is too long to get your money back. You need to do better.

They did what they said and are wonderful.
We had not had pet insurance before. We adopted Leilani at 10weeks and 4days after her adoption she had a sliver in her gum requiring anesthesia to remove. Thenbillmwas $500.00. The vet at our clinic said 2 words pet insurance when you have a puppy. It took me a few days and then I called. The man who answered my call was patient, professional and very kind in answering all my questions. He was very clear about what would be covered. Ther was so little difference in pricing from low to top of line for me as a retired RN I signed up for the top of the line. Well here we are at the age of 8.5 months Leilanimis diagnoised with bilateral luxation of her patellas with patella tendonions repair needed. $3000.00 later she is doing well and Imreceive notification that my check is on it's way exactly as the policy states. Wish my health insurance was as quick. We are trilled with our experience. Imalso have spoken to others who have had same experience. Thank youmfor a great experience.

I submitted my first claim through Pet Best and in within 5 days I was refunded 80% as promised to my direct deposit account. This was a very easy process, the email communication was fantastic and everything went smoothly. I am VERY satisfied with Pet Best Service. I will definitely be apartment of the service for the long haul. Thanks Again!

Took our lab, Cody, in to Arbor View Vet Clinic for check up/ear infection. He was treated with antibiotics and sent home on Allergy medicine. We processed the claim immediately and paid within a few days. Simple process!! Paid as promised!!

Best insurance ever
I am so happy with my nationwide pet insurance for my dog and when I got my bird I was amazed I could add her to my policy as well. I’m a government employee and get a discount on my bill every month which is wonderful! I also love that I can have my payment taken directly out of my paycheck. The few times I’ve called (because I was having trouble logging in online) the staff was very helpful and incredibly friendly. I always always always recommend nationwide to people I know!
