Great, and fast, service.
I was pleasantly pleased when, after submitting a claim, a mere 2-3 days later the claim was resolved with payment of most of the charges. Such service is unheard of nowadays. I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance.

Very upset with Embrace they would not cover my dog's surgery for kidney stones since he had them in 2017 different stones.
I wish I had not signed up for this coverage as Embrace is being very unfair in payment on a major surgery to save my pet's life. Yes, he had kidney stones in 2017 but obviously these are not the same stones but new ones. How can you say they were preexisting. And to not even pay for even the endoscopy that removed the stone blocking urination is horrible.

Very straighforward, allowed me to think about my cat and not about my wallet
My 3-year old cat had a very crooked tooth and was sent to the dentist. He ended up needing 7 teeth removed (poor guy), unexpected for sure. I was able to see a veterinary dentist, and thanks to Nationwide my mind and energy was focused on Wallaby and not how it will affect my bank account. The process was very easy, filled out one form and sent the vet record via fax. A few weeks later they sent me a reimbursement check. Not sure that there is a way it could have been easier.

Very easy claim process with no surprises on coverage.
I have Nationwide Whole Pet With Wellness Plans for both of my dogs. One we adopted from the pound at 7 years old and one we have had since a puppy. We have had wellness visits and injury/illness claims for both dogs. The claims process is easy (there is an app and you take pictures of the receipt with your phone), then once the claim is processed you can have direct deposit to your bank. Very easy and straightforward. Coverage was always exactly what I expected, doesn't cover nail trims, tax, environmental disposal fees.
