Very happy

My claim was for wellness care, shots, flea and tick control, and heart worm preventative. My claim was paid as stated in the insurance documents in a very timely manner and directly deposited into my bank account. Very happy with the process!

Once the waiting was up, processing was efficiently done yesterday (the 25th) by Kelsie and claims staff. I was quite surprised to see the benefits in my checking account today, the 26th. Altogether good work.

Great online portal

I really like the online claims portal. It allows me to submit everything very easily and I can check to see where my claims are at in the process. I also really like the direct deposit reimbursement - no more driving to the bank!

100% satisfied

Claim notification comes immediately after the vet submits it through an email. Following payment is also processed within a few days which never happened with the policy I had with another insurance company. Even when there was a delay, I received an email notifying me about the delay and its reason. I am 100% satisfied!

I have nothing but wonderful experiences with Nationwide. It’s an amazing company for dog insurance. Payment never takes more than 2 weeks from time it is submitted and payment has been wonderful especially when both our dogs needed knee surgery. I’m glad I took Nationwide over other dog insurances.
