Easiest process ever!
Great insurance and super easy process to be reimbursed. My invoice for Rex was mixed with other pets. I was concerned there would be confusion. There was not!

Better Coordination with VitusVet
We tried submitting our claim through the VitusVet app per the suggestion of Nationwide. However, there was no confirmation email for the submission for the claim and then it did not show up in our account after 48 hours so we submitted the claim via email (per the previous method). Only later after a week, did we see the VitusVet claim register in our account. It created confusion and multiple duplicate claim submissions.

Great, easy to use insurance service
Having never had pet insurance before, I compared a lot of companies before deciding on ASPCA's plan. My comparisons showed that it was the best value for the premium cost. I just filed my first claim and it could not have been easier. The online process was easy to do and tracking the progress of the the claim was a cinch. The amount they paid was exactly as spelled out in the policy. I phoned customer service to ask a question about whether I should sign up for direct deposit for the claim payment, and even though it was too late to do it on this particular claim, the customer agent did all the set up for me online so that I didn't have to log back on to the website and do it myself. She was friendly and efficient.

Love the app makes claims easy! Very clear on what’s covered and what’s not.
Aspca has helped a lot when Puck has been ill to accidents like getting stuck on a mouse glue trap! The app makes it crazy easy to submit a claim I do it while walking to my car from the vet! I love that they have direct deposit! Sometimes though when it’s Holidays are really busy times when people are submitting a lot of claims it can take a while to get reimbursed… But that’s the only thing I can think of that I have come across that isn’t ideal.
