Great Insurance
I'm very pleased with my coverage, howeer I was NEVER able to set up the transfer directly to my checking account, even after Several attempts. Then it takes about 2 to 3 weeks before I coud get my check thru the mail. There should be a easier way to do that!

The site is user friendly. I'm kept up to date on processing thru timely emails. I'm also flagged promptly when there are processing delays. Haven't reached my deductible yet so can't give feedback on the payment process. Overall I am very satisfied.

I really appreciate you checking in on Kino and your prompt payment of claims. Wish it was a little easier to file though -- would be great to have a place on the site where we could just upload invoices and check a few boxes/answer a few questions in an online form vs. having to download and complete a pdf. Thanks for your services!

Better than I expected!
As a first time dog owner and hearing of all the pet emergencies my friends and their pups have endured, I thought I’d start my pup right away. I’m so glad I did! I woke up one morning to my 11 mo. old black lab unable to walk and whining...which I’d never heard him do before! After vet appointments, sedation, X-rays, medicine, referrals, and surgery, my pup is on the mend. I’m not worried too much about the vet bills as I picked a good deductible and percentage of bill payment that works for my financial situation. The claims have been really easy to submit by snapping a picture with my tablet and uploading it to the site. My return payments have come back quickly and directly go in my checking account. I’ve passed on FIGO praise to all my pet owning friends.
