Always takes care of my needs with my dog
I am glad I chose ASPCA as my dogs health insurance ! You guys do a great job at making sure you approve the claims . The only thing I would say is I would like to see the claims get approved at a more timely matter with the direct deposit reimbursement money in my account . It’s hard cause we have to pay the vet out of pocket with funds I do not have so I put the bill on a credit card and I only have so much time to get that paid off . Thanks ! Everything else has been lovely ! You guys do a good job at answering all questions right away when I call or getting back to me :)

Easy, Quick & Reliable
With the rising cost of vet bills, we made sure to get pet insurance as soon as we brought out bulldog puppy home. The Nationwide plan we picked offered the best value for the coverage, and so far it's been a huge cost saver. Our dog recently hurt his tooth which caused him to refuse his food and become nauseous / dehydrated. Over the course of a week, we visited the vet 4 times trying to determine the root of the issue (unfortunately dogs can't tell us). Each claim I submitted was processed quickly and resulted in a refund back in my bank account. Nationwide made the entire stressful process a little less of a burden, and for that, I'm grateful.

A Very Fair and hassle-free pet insurance company
My dog, Dolce has been "Embraced" since March, 2016 and I'm so happy I switched from her previous pet insurance. Our claims have always been paid relatively quickly and we have received exactly the amount expected; and even if a mistake is made on the claim form, Embracers do their best to figure it out and correct it so that payment can be made in a timely manner. Whenever I've contacted Customer Service, whether by phone or email, I have always received accurate and timely responses--no matter how many questions I asked--and I tend to ask a lot! Nearly a year ago, Dolce was diagnosed with a bladder tumor, which, in the opinion of 2 veterinarians, would likely cause her demise within 4-6 months, but she is amazingly still with us! However, because both her age and condition are very slowly beginning to show related side effects, I am continuing to send in a lot of claims for her. But these claims are always paid promptly with no questions asked! Our original veterinarian's office used to send insurance claims in for its clients, but eventually some staff refused to do it so we were expected to do this ourselves. Being a senior citizen, at first I found using the "portal" a bit daunting, so saved up my claims and sent in several at once. I was just getting the hang of it, when I recently discovered your phone app and I must say it is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND SO EASY TO USE!!! Thank you for making submitting our claims a breeze--I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate it!.

FAST and EASY claims submission/reimbursement
My wife and I purchased our pet health insurance from ASPCA originally understanding our young puppy would need several vaccinations, and neutering. That was our primary concern. Paired with the narrow understanding of the organization's positive relationship with helping the animal community, and local representation in Northern California, it was a no brainer to choose ASPCA. A few weeks ago, they rose to the occasion and delivered on their values after our then 8-month old Cockapoo, Mambo, went through a traumatic experience with his mouth causing him enough pain to force him to stop eating. After fluids, pain medication and antibiotics - I'm happy to report that Mambo is back to his normal, playful, loving self! The ordeal came with unexpected expenses that we would have struggled to cover ourselves, but thanks to their quick and easy claims submission and payment process, we're back on our financial feet. It's hard to put a price tag on peace of mind, but after going through such an shocking experience with our pup, so early in his life, I'm happy we chose to trust ASPCA with our pet insurance!

Great service, caring people
We love Healthy Paws pet insurance because you can set your own rate by choosing your deductible and your copay! We have a Saint Bernard who seems to have a lot of issues, so we choose the 90% coverage, which is great for us because it covers his expensive tests and procedures. But on our other dog, who doesn't need as much medical care, we choose the 70% option to save on the premium. Works out great for us. The claims process is easy and they pay quickly.

I really appreciated that it was able to be direct billed right at the office when I was checking out. Not having to worry about getting forms signed/filled out/submitting and waiting in a stressful situation was awesome.
