I LOVE ALL OF THESE HEALTHY PAW PEOPLE SO MUCH!!!
This insurance is so insanely amazing. We have three dogs, all of which who have used Healthy Paws Insurance with both chronic issues and emergencies. I have NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING. My reimbursements come back directly into my bank account. I have called with questions, and have always felt as though I was more than appreciated, and couldn't have asked to speak with nicer/more informed people. I recently used Direct Pay in an emergency with one of our Border Collies. Healthy Paws paid the entire bill upfront for Luna's surgery after my husband and I had spent all the money we had for bills for the month on pre-surgical imaging and testing the day before. I don't know what we would do without this insurance. I feel I can totally be confident in the fact my dogs will always be covered in an emergency, even if I do not have the money right then at that moment. It is also affordable to me, because of Healthy Paws, to be able to get that test the vet always offers 'just to be sure', when something is wrong. I don't need to think about how I may need to pay for the electric that month versus get that ultrasound for one of our dogs... To say Healthy Paws is perfect wouldn't even be enough!!! I normally dread submitting claims for insurance related services, but not with Figo. They have made it so seamless. The customer service is also of a super high quality, and things are done at a rapid pace. Highly recommend them.

Easy claim filing-Great Service
This is the second claim we have filed, one for wellness, one for accident and it's so easy. They process in a timely manner! Anytime we spoke to a representative, they have been friendly, helpful and answered every question. Customer care agent, Schelie, recently called us to follow up on the accident claim we filed and she was very nice and concerned about my pet. Just great all around service! Thank you!
