Huge help

It's always easy to send a claim, customer service is always pleasant when called, nationwide is very proficient when processing claims. It's a huge help with pet care cost to have the partial reimbursement for things my pup needs while not breaking my bank account

Best Insurance Available

I am so impressed at how quickly my claims are processed now, I usually have my money within a week. Such an improvement over previous years. The ease of making the claim is great. We are having trouble diagnosing her condition so it is comforting to know I have insurance. The large rate increase was tough but it is worth the peace of mind to take care of my baby.

Submitting a claim was easy, online, and there were no hangups

Submitting a claim was really easy. The personal account page could be formatted much better. Overall good experience. I wish I could check a more specific status of where my claim is in the process without having to email customer service. Direct deposit payment was great; they completed my claim in about 2.5-3 weeks.
