Super easy and quick!
I was really impressed with the simplicity of the claim process and the speed at which I received my disbursement. I also liked that I was able to fill out the form completely online without having to print anything and waste paper.

Very Impressed
Being 64 years old, I have had many dogs in my life. Have thought about pet insurance but never pursued it. After researching several companies, and reading many reviews, I found ASPCA seemed to be the best fit for me and my French Bulldog puppy. Unfortunately he got an ear infection at an early age so I have had two claims thus far. True to their word, ASPCA processed both of my claims/payments very quickly (within 2 weeks) . It was also very convenient my payment was automatically deposited into my bank account. Their website is VERY user friendly and you can track your claim through that way or over your mobile phone app. Just recently, I had a phone call from their customer service asking how my pup was doing and my opinion on how I thought my claim(s) were handled. I was so pleasantly surprised, happy and very impressed at this customer service. In this world we live in, it is so hard to find this kind of treatment and it really made me feel like they truly cared how my pup was doing. Thank you ASPCA!

Excellent and honest coverage!!!
My recent claim was a bit complex due to the nature of my kitty’s visit and took a little while longer than normal to get specialists notes. However, we have had this policy for over a year and it has been wonderful. Quick payments and easy submission of claims through the VitusVet app. Everything that they promise to cover is covered! Our whole pet wellness plan has been such huge sigh of relief! Love love love Nationwide!

unexpected benefits and ease of claims
When we got insurance we never imagined we would need it so soon. Our dog is only 2 1/2 years old and up until not she has only been to the vet for some scrapes and infections. Out of nowhere he was injured and we were looking at over 3500 in bills. We submitted our claim using out phone and three weeks later they approved our claim just like that. No questions. Our dog is doing better and our relieved that we can use that money we saved on something else as I am on disability and we our on a fixed income.

Timely reimbursement
Timely reimbursement. I do everything electronically. It's a bit cumbersome because of the need to scan the reciepts, print the claim for and sign it, then scan that too, eventually scanning the entire package, but I'm sure it will get better.......

Great Insurance for my dogs
Nationwide is the best insurance I can get for my dogs. The only thing that I wished they had was direct billing / point of service payment at the vet, the same way that we do helth insurance for ourselves.
