Great Company
I've had Nationwide for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Submitting claims is very easy and knowing that I will be reimbursed is wonderful. Owning pets is expensive and it's nice to have a bit of a cushion. I've called customer service once recently about a claim and the young lady was very pleasant and helpful. Just a great company to deal with

Awesome, fast, easy service from Nationwide!
Reimbursement is always fair, and timely. Phone staff are always friendly and helpful. I am grateful for pet Insurance! Next month though, I will have to raise my deductible, I’m paying almost $200 a month for my fur kids. Thanks for the service you provide.

Too slow to pay claims

We were so thankful for Pets Best
We took our little dog Milo in to the Vet to check out a lump on his belly. It turned out to be cancerous. He went in to surgery the next day. The procedures were costly, but we were determined to do whatever it took to save our fur baby. We submitted the claims to Pets Best via the website. They acknowledged them right away and quickly processed the payments to be deposited directly into our back account. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the process. Thankfully, our little guy came out of the surgery cancer free! Great outcomes all the way around! We were so thankful for Pets Best wonderful service. Having the insurance was so worth it for these types of circumstances.

Good insurance - trouble getting paid
The insurance is excellent and covers a multitude of preventive and other medical issues, however I received a reimbursement over a week ago and my bank still hasn't released the money. I received notice from them stating that the check may not be paid. I am still waiting for my reimbursement to post to my account.
