Great Pet Insurance
Submission of claim is very easy (done through the website). Must be able to scan in documentation, or attach pdf file. Review of claim is quick, with good explanation of benefits. For amount of coverage, I feel the pricing is very reasonable.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has done right by my cats!
For the most part I have not had any issues with Nationwide Pet Insurance. I use VitusVet to submit my claims and now Nationwide offers electronic checks for reimbursement of claims so do not have to wait for checks.
