I have been sending in my claims via website it is easy to attach a receipt for my dogs med's. to the claim form they always reply that they received it and that they are working on it and when I get my money posted to my account.

Changes in paying out invoices
I noticed over the past year that you use to pay out invoices within a 2 week timeframe once claim has been submitted. Now you are paying them out monthly? This was one reason why I referred your company to other pet owners because of the quick pay turnaround. Why has this changed?

The claims process is very easy to do and takes like 5 minutes to file a claim. You process in a very timely manner and money was deposited right in my account. I appreciate pets best, you have save us a lot of money because my puppy has seizures and medication alone is expensive. Thanks for all you do.

This is so easy
I had used a different insurance for my previous dog--it was so hard to put in a claim; had to remember to bring form to vet and then fax it in. This is so easy to just submit on line the next day--I receive payment within 7-10 days!
