Its a pleasure working with Hartville invoices sent are processed thoroughly and timely.
Payment of Invoices are processed timely and if there is any questions they call the Doctors Office to receive clarity on the submission. Cant ask for more than that.

Fast, no frills processing of claims!
The process to file claims is so easy and seamless. I submit my claims via VitusVet app then within 2 weeks, I get my reimbursement with a EOB. Thanks for making it fast and easy!

Very happy with Pets Best
I had a bad experience with pet insurance in the past but did some intensive homework and decided you offered the best insurance and your website was extremely user friendly! I purchased insurance for my 2 new dogs - and submitted a claim hoping it would go through properly. The claim was easy to submit and I was notified quickly and paid by direct deposit very quickly as well. I am very very happy with the company!!!!!!! Pleasantly surprised and one less thing I have to worry about! Thank you, colleen

I submitted three claims. This was the first time I had ever submitted claims. I appreciated the email reply that I quickly received telling me that you had received my claims. I received the statements explaining benefit coverage within a few days and received the payment directly deposited into my checking account on that same day. I'm so glad that I have insurance for my dog! I never had pet insurance for my former four dogs. When they were ill, the huge bills all came at once and were difficult to pay. Having insurance is like having a savings account ready for your use. It's wonderful! Thank you!

Quick and easy
I took my pet in due to pain and was devastated when I was told he needed surgery to fix the issue. I submitted the claim and was sent an email within that day stating the claim was being processed. Within a week my claim was approved and then payment was sent shortly after that. I am very please with how quick and easy it was from start to finish! A+++++ great job!

Good experience!
I was transferred from PC Pet Insurance to Pets Plus Us. It was seamless. I've made several claims since the changeover (some large claims) and they are managed efficiently and accurately. My vet submits the claims, I receive notice via email the next couple of days and I receive payment within a week or so via direct deposit. When I've emailed Pets Plus Us directly, I have my answer within a couple of days which works for me. No problems here!

I’m happy with Nationwide. Claims could be processed a little faster. I had 2 claims about one month a part and the first one sat in the queue and when the second one was submitted they both were processed quickly.
