Great Company and they make everything so easy!
I love that I don't have to worry about anything happening to Eve - I know I'm covered. Never had any issues with non-payment and ALWAYS have my checks back quickly. SO glad I found this when Eve was a puppy!

Sad
Sad when you have been sending documents since March and it's November and still no resolution. But when it was time to pay my policy they took my money right away. I am so disappointed.

The best insurance to give you peace of mind
Paying my monthly fee for this insurance, is the best money I invest for the well being of my dog. The claim process is as straightforward as it can get through the use of the Healthy Paws app, and reimbursements (my plan is the 90%) are fast and easy. An excellent experience throughout and the peace of mind that I can get my doggie the care she needs.

Nationwide pet insurance makes claims reimbursement easy.
This is my first pet and pet insurance plan. Once I got set up on the electronic claims processing and payments, everything has run smoothly and quickly. Submitting via email takes longer to process, so I highly recommend going the electronic route. Lots of unexpected costs associated with my pet and I was glad i decided to purchase.

Grateful for pet insurance!
I've had Healthy Paws insurance for my orange tabby Jules since 2015. Recently he had a urinary blockage that warranted a trip to the ER. He was kept there overnight (catheter, pain meds, x-rays, the whole shebang...very expensive, of course!), then it was recommended I take him to his regular vet. His regular vet had him stay there for 3 days while they monitored his condition. This was my first claim so I had to request all of his vet records. I made a call to Healthy Paws to make sure exactly what documents I needed and the person who helped me was very kind and explained everything. I submitted the invoices as well as all of the vets' notes (SOAP notes) electronically and within 10 days I received my reimbursement checks. I was extremely satisfied! About a week later I had to take Jules in again to his regular vet because he was vomiting bile. I submitted that claim on a Monday and received my check that Friday! Jules is doing 100% better now. It's peace of mind to have pet insurance. It's true, the insurance doesn't cover regular vet visits (yearly vaccines, dental cleanings), but it's worth it to me.
