We love Nationwide
We had insurance for years with primary claims and secondary claims and so so many codes. We had to file and file again. It was so time consuming and so frustrating. This insurance is the simplest, most straight forward, honest, easy to navigate coverage I can imagine. Nationwide is honest and reliable and provides fast payment. I am so very, very impressed!

ASPCA removes barriers and makes caring for my cats easy, fast, and pet-centric.
I purchased cat insurance right when I got my kittens. I was able to adjust my plan after they were through the first year (lots more vet visits) to be for more 'cat'astrophic care. However, when my cat turned 4 he started having digestive problems. I never had to make a decision about my pet based on money. I could tell the vets were worried that diagnostics would be too expensive, but when I told them I has ASPCA coverage I could tell they were very relieved. With each visit, submitting the claim is fast and easy. I usually just take a picture with my phone and submit the claim right from my mobile device. It is easy to track the progress right from my phone and the money deposits directly to my account shortly after the claim is processed. Overall, it is a fast, simple process. I can spend my time worrying about my cat and not about the insurance claims.

No automatic electronic reimbursements
Timely response to claims but the check reimbursement is not convenient. All claims should be automatically reimbursed electronically. Embrace should store bank info to allow automatic EFTs for reimbursements.

Embrace was recommend to us by our dog trainer. Fortunately we have only had well visits and medication for this dog. I used the app for the last vet bill and the reimbursement to my checking account was quick. It is a peace of mind issue to know we have a good vet and good insurance for our Westie
