Impressed with prompt payment

My sweet Persians and I have been with Pet's Best for near 10 years now. I'm most impressed with the prompt payment. For me, the returns far outweigh the premiums.

Great Insurance

I have two puppies. One puppy is mischievous and always in to everything. We have had to go to the veterinarian multiple times. When I submitted the bills to the insurance company, they kept me informed of the process and were prompt paying the bills.

Can always count on Nationwide!

Appreciate how seamless the claim and payment process is. Our doodle loves fabric, this time she actually ate part of her bedding and couldn't pass it on her own :-( Thank GOD we had coverage. She has healed and is doing fantastic! No more fabric around our Daisy doodle! Thank you Nationwide for putting our mind at ease.

Unplanned vet expenses can be financially devastating.

My Schnauzer has had two health events that could have been very costly. Thanks to Nationwide she is healthy happy and so am I . Payments were made quickly and I didn't have to jump through complcated hoops to put in aclaim. I always recommend Nationwide. My sweet 14 year old Bouvier recently passed over the rainbow bridge. Throughout her life she was well taken care of with the help of Nationwide. Thank you.

Horrible reimbursement wait times

The claims take 30-45 days to complete. The hold time are horrible. When the time frame says 2 weeks when making a claim. Very misleading. My basset has a horrible accident and bills reached 3,000 in just one month. My credit bill of $3,000 is due and I have no money to pay the bill Don’t go with this pet Insur.

Bloat surgery

My standard poodle experienced bloat symptoms and was confirmed by an emergency hospital. He had to go into surgery immediately to save his life. It was on a weekend so I thought I had to call Pets best for pre-approval. I'm glad I didn't have to have pre-approval even though the office was closed. Filing the claims was easy and Pets best paid accordingly by the policy. I would highly recommend Pets best for your fur babies.
