No automatic electronic reimbursements

Timely response to claims but the check reimbursement is not convenient. All claims should be automatically reimbursed electronically. Embrace should store bank info to allow automatic EFTs for reimbursements.

Embrace was recommend to us by our dog…

Embrace was recommend to us by our dog trainer. Fortunately we have only had well visits and medication for this dog. I used the app for the last vet bill and the reimbursement to my checking account was quick. It is a peace of mind issue to know we have a good vet and good insurance for our Westie

Embrace Pet Insurance

So far so good, had my Buddy's teeth cleaned as well as had a a full blood work up in February and embrace covered their part with no problems.. I had to pay up front which might be difficult for some, but got my check within the month.. So far I've been happy with them..

Fast service

Time from claim submission to payment is only a couple of days. They cover what they say they cover. The one time I called, the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

Been great so far

I was a little confused about the claims process but nationwide was easy to contact through email. They helped me file the claims and get reimbursed for my puppies care. So far it has been worth the investment. It's nice to not worry about large vet bills when it comes to my dogs health and well being. Claims usually process in 30 days or less. You still have to pay your vet out of pocket for the bill but nationwide really did reimburse %90 of it. There are preexisting conditions that are not covered so you need to research into that for your dog's breed.
