Nationwide makes it easy to put in a claim and get reimbursed quickly with a direct deposit to my bank account. No waiting for checks to come in the mail or long processing claims. They update me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for your pet insurance needs.

I never even have to contact them. The vet submits, I get emails throughout the claim process and then reimbursement. Now if only Human medical claims could be so easy!

Having a puppy is expensive, regular checkups, shots, neutering, in addition to the issues you never considered could happen can be devastatingly expensive. Nationwide makes vet care and pet care more affordable and easy. Easily submit receipts (Mobile app) and within a week or 2 at most your refund is deposited into your bank account. My pup is happy and healthy because I am assured he has the care he needs to grow up strong. I don't know what has changed, but what used to take 4-6 weeks to get paid is now days to less than a week. That alone keeps me from looking at other insurers options. Submitting the claim is a breeze on the Vitus App, and now payment through CQP, and quick turnaround on same is absolutely fabulous! I don't have to worry about affording and providing care to my fur baby for those emergency situations that add up quickly. GREAT JOB NW PET!

Very satisfied with claim process
My vet submitted the claim forms. As far as I could tell, claims were processed within a couple days of submission and paid in a few more days. The payment system is easy to set up. The only thing that would be easier is if I didn’t have to pay up front and the vet was reimbursed directly.

Automatic Payment - WOW!
My claim was paid instantly right at the veterinarian's office! My portion was all I owed! That still amazes me. Thank you for going one more extra mile (on top of the thousands already) to make sure we are well taken care of!
