Fast and easy claim
Claim submission is pretty easy. The review and approval process is fairly fast (1-3 days) and deposited to my bank account the following day upon approval. The EOB is neat.

Great Coverage is a Breeze
My vet has Trupanion software so there are no claims for me to submit everything is already done by the time I check out the vet's office has submitted the claim, Trupanion has approved it, and I just pay my share 10% after the deductible.

I explained what was going on with our pup. They told me where to print the claims form. We did and gave it to our vet and they submitted it. A couple of days later we received an email with the breakdown of the claim and a few days later the money was in our bank!
