Filing the claim is extremely easy. I was contacted by Trupanion immediately to let me know the claim was received was being reviewed. Payment was prompt. Wish my insurance company was this easy to deal with.

Helped ease the stress
This was our second (and last!) time around with our dog Wally swallowing a rock! The surgery was very expensive but it was a HUGE relief to know we had insurance. It's stressful enough worrying about our little guy in surgery...and the 2-3 week rehab process afterward, but having the claim covered helped ease the stress. Thank you Pets Best!
