We am a true advocate for Trupanion's pet insurance. Our vet is tuned in as well and we love how quick everything is processed. It's been a big relief knowing we have back up for those big vet bills. Also, any time I need to call in, your customer service is impeccable! I love knowing my fur baby is looked after. Thanks for being so prompt, kind and reliable.

Trupanion has bugs in their software which wonât allow them to see my account separately from my daughters account.
Trupanion has bugs in their software which wonât allow them to see my account separately from my daughters account. The two are linked but the old account shoukcc so be deleted as the vets are not able to upload claims to the new account. They are also trying to make me pay the deductible twice for the same condition of my pet.

Twice I called about an issue with no resolution.
Twice I called about an issue with no resolution. First time was about 2 weeks ago. The rep kept me on phone 20 mins looking up info and then dropped the call. On 5/09/23 I called again and the rep said sheâd look into the matter and call me on 05/10/23 at 2 pm and she never called back. Itâs frustrating. I am thinking to cancel my insurance
