Friendly agent.
Very personable and knowledgeable agent on the phone. Did not feel at all like she was selling something I didnât need. Also when I called back second time I got same agent. That was great not having to explain something from scratch to a new person. That is something if you could arrange to always speak to same representative would be amazing.

Claims processed quickly!
The claims are processed very quickly. I was a little disappointed that not one of my claims was paid. I know some things are not covered, but I was told that I was fully covered from day one of policy, no waiting period, through my vet's office. I don't understand how everything can be pre-existing. She is only 6 months old. Please enlighten me. Thanks
