So far so good. This is our first year with Met Pet. We had one issue where we’re told to expect a check in the mail, but never got it. Met redid the whole thing and we received it. I have recommended it to others.

I've been with Pumpkin for five yearss…
I've been with Pumpkin for five years and getting this insurance for my senior cat was the best decision I ever made. Well, except for adopting my cat. I've never had a problem with getting reimbursed for any invoice. Whether it's a couple of hundred dollars or thousands. I put in three claims a couple of weeks ago after my cat needed bloodwork and x-rays at her regular vet. I then needed to bring her to the emergency hospital later the same morning for an ultrasound and echocardiogram and that visit was close to a couple thousand dollars. Then there was a claim for a couple hundred dollars for her regular medication. I was amazed that Pumpkin expedited the emergency hospital invoice and I was paid in under 10 minutes. I am truly grateful that Pumpkin allows me to be able to give my now 19 year old cat the best care.
