Better experience before my last claim.
My experience with Trupanion is usually quick and easy with lots of communication. However, this time, no email was sent to me saying they have received my claim, only that my claim was approved 2 days later. I became stressed that my claim was not received so I asked my vet to re-send my claim, which then became a duplicate claim at Trupanion.

Great Representatives
The two representatives encountered over a 6 month period of decision making. The young lady , I cannot recall her name and finally 'Kenny' in Seattle. I have already recommended Trupanion and Kenneth to friends.
