I had a recent emergency and having Trupanion was the only way I could have gotten Venture the care I needed. It helped financially significantly. I called the phone line 5-6 times during the process and each time everyone was very considerate, kind, helpful, and seemed to care about Ventureâs well being. They answered every single one of my questions until I understood everything. Outstanding service.

Because Jackie was very efficient and quick getting info I needed.. I had used Trupanion in the past. This time I bought 2 rescue dogs and they came with 6 week coverage from another company after speaking with Jackie and having Trupanion in the past, I knew my dogs would be best looked after by Trupanion so without hesitation I decided to go back to Trupanion knowing I would have another 30 day wait for illness coverage was worth it .. knowing Trupanionâs service from the past, I would be the best.. coverage for my new puppy

Raven was very helpful as called me back on the concern that no one actioned my claim in over 2weeks and I was promised a response call from the previous rep.

Raven took the time to follow back to me to ask is I recieved a follow up to the claim being resubmit and I advised yes and thank her for following up.

I don't really like the Trupanion organization but that's no reason to blame it on Ines.
I don't really like the Trupanion organization, but that's no reason to blame it on Ines. She was lovely. I hate the Trupanion email messages when they brag about how much money they've paid out when I haven't received ONE DIME!!

Disappointed
I submitted my claims for my dog diesel back in the middle of April and am just now receiving a response. And to add to my frustration, his claims were denied claiming it was a preexisting condition! This is absurd. He had a totally separate eye problem than what he is currently experiencing and I do not agree with this at all. Extremely disappointed in this company

I've been a customer for over 13 years! Your training department does a good job stressing to be polite and caring. Caring with a capitol C. Usually, a pet is sick when a customer is calling, so having a person who seems to really CARE makes you feel like you are not alone, during the frustration and agony of dealing with one's pets' illness. This visit with Jared was over closing my account with one of my dogs who passed away in a 6-dog tragedy in Salt Lake City from what the state thinks is blue algae poisoning. Efficiency is also what you do well. Your employees are trained well (that isn't the case in a whole lot of businesses in today's world)!
