Quick claims service! My dog has to eat prescription dog food, which is very expensive. It helps that MetLife pet gives me my claims reimbursements within 10 business days. That way I can pay off my credit card bill for the dog food!

Not always reliable
At times they are great, but they also don't follow-up when they tell you they will. I had a situation, and I was told it would take a few days for her to get back to me. It has been about two weeks, and I still never heard back from her, and they denied my claim anyway.
