Impressed enough to renew!
I have a Labrador Retriever with a diagnosis of USMI. When we got that diagnosis and realized he would be on medication for that for life, I signed him up for pet insurance with Lemonade to cover anything else that could crop up regarding illness/accident/injuries, etc. I did the basic coverage plus added on coverage for both physical therapy and the exam fee. It's been worth it. He broke his tail in early summer, followed by abnormal lab results at his annual examination that has resulted in two follow up visits of UAs, additional labwork, and BP checks, with more to come. I was not expecting Lemonade to cover, since it was something that was found during his annual wellness exam and we did not opt in for wellness coverage. Not only did they cover all of the followup visits, but the reimbursement was in my account the same day as the approval. The second visit, I was immediately approved and reimbursed within hours. We are about to do our annual policy renewal and restart our deductible and our premium only went up about $4/month. Knowing that we have more follow up visits ahead as we try to pinpoint his abnormal labs and figure out what we need to do is made a lot easier by knowing we have Lemonade for his insurer. We've been thrilled with the experience, ease of submitting claims, rapid notification of claim status, and fast reimbursement.

Great coverage and efficient claim processing
I brought home my English lab puppy in Jun 2020. I initially heard about Healthy Paws through word of mouth so I thought I'd check it out. After doing some initial research, I purchased coverage in late 2020 and have been a satisfied customer ever since. The monthly premiums are reasonable and the coverage is very good. I am most impressed with their service and claim processing. Case in point, I had to take my dog in for a major abdominal surgery last week. The procedure was on Tues and I submitted the claim the following day. In less than one week, I already received reimbursement via direct deposit with no additional follow up questions and absolutely no hassle -- why can't all our insurance policies be this efficient? The explanation of covered items is always thorough and the claim processing time is quick. Their customer service even sent a follow up note to check on my dog, knowing that he had a serious procedure. I'm so glad I had coverage and I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws.

Fetch Pet insurnace was a huge mistake. I don’t believe any of these shady pet insurnace review sites. They’re all bots or marketing ploys. The real company will deny all your claims. The real company will never talk to you as a real person. God hell you if you need to get customer service on the phone. Trust me DO NOT GET THIS they will treat you and your pet like trash

Great insurance!
ASPCA has been a Godsend. Our male GSD has suddenly come down with uti and prostate issues. These have been costly due to taking time, and multiple doctor visits, to determine what the problem is. ASPCA has provided us with relief to be able to have him treated without worrying about debt. So thankful for this insurance. The only critique,as noted by others, is the amount of time it takes to process claims. So if quick reimbursement is necessary, people might want to shop elsewhere. Otherwise ASPCA is great!

Talk about amazing customer service ! Nima went above and beyond in assisting me with making a claim for the first time earlier this year for our Dog Bella. He was not only, kind, and patient but incredibly helpful when it came to following up with me multiple times during the paperwork process . Pet Insurance That takes Care Of You And your Pet
I found out about Nationwide Pet Insurance through an extra benefit that was being offered through our benefits at my place of employment. Needless to say I jumped at the opportunity and added Nationwide Pet Insurance as a part of my benefits because at the time we had two cats in our home at that time. Knowing the importance of taking care of your pets and their health is important to any pet owner. Each year we take our pets in for their check ups and when it is done I have filed a claim through Nationwide and in just a very short time when nationwide has received my claims and processed in just a few days I have received a check to my bank to help with the expense. We recently went through the process with Riley who is five and is a real sweetheart. I am just amazed hour quickly how everything is done and we will continue to do so with each visit we take our cats to our veterinarian whether for a check up or illness. Best Insurance Choice We Ever Made
When our dog Piper was diagnosed with a CCL injury earlier this year, we were told that corrective surgery might be necessary. When we expressed concern about the cost, we were also informed by Arboretum View Animal Hospital, which has been caring for Piper the last 10 years, that we should look into pet insurance from Trupanion. Turns out, she didn't need CCL surgery at that time, but early this month (July 2023) she was diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma on the underside of her left front paw. Trupanion has been with us through every stage of her treatment, from original biopsy to successful surgery very recently to remove the tumor. We are so glad that Arboretum View recommended Trupanion - their prompt payment, support and expressions of care and concern for Piper have made this a far less onerous experience than it could have been - and Piper says "Thanks!"

As part of the checkout process the Trupanion info was included. I, then, immediately knew my portion to pay. Can't beat that!! Once home, about 1.5 hrs later, I received an email from Trupanion confirming the payment. Fabulous service. Many Schnapps also sends her thanks.
