Terrible Service
This insurance has taken off some coverage because the veterinary office inadvertently added something from our other dog, which has already passed away almost one year. The doctor has written a letter to my insurance explaining this error. I have sent multiple times detailed medical records, including doctor notes and the letter mentioned above. Now, 6 month later they are asking yet again for medical records. This is unacceptable and their service is less than mediocre.

Thank you for your quick response to my claim for Tessa. You made a very stressful time less stressful with the ease of filing the claim and your professionalism in handling it. Thank you!
Kona's Hemangiosarcoma CANCER
We have had Healthy Paws insurance since my German Shephard family member was less than a year old. She was healthy until a month ago. As a result of an emergency ultrasound, we found a tumor on her spleen that ruptured. Because we have Healthy Paws Insurance we were able to make a quick decision on giving her an emergency surgery. Without the surgery, we will not know whether the tumor is cancerous or not, which it unfortunately it was. Even though Kona's outcome is not what we hoped for, it allowed her few precious weeks with her, and were well worth it! For 11 years, Healthy Paws promptly paid all of her prescriptions and emergency visits less our annual deductible at 90%. The claim process is/was very easy and fast and we received updates along the way. I highly recommended them to all pet parents! Their policies and customer service people are the best!

Delay and Confuscate
This company insists on not paying for over $3k in medical bills (the total amt was over $18k.) They claim my baby's epilepsy was the reason he was hospitalized rather than the fact that he had a life-threatening infection. It happened Nov 22. They paid some, then denied the appeal for the rest Aug 23 (9 mo later.) Now I have to do a 2nd level appeal for which they are allowed another 6 mo to complete. This is appalling and unacceptable when I pay them top dollar for insurance for my pets. If you have a better insurance provider, keep them.

One less stress!
Trupanion has never let me down. The stress of a new kitten being sick is enough to deal with. Claims are easy to complete and quickly processed. I am so glad I made the decision to sign with them. My sister recommended Trupanion to me.
Pet's Best is the Best!!
My plan has a 90% reimbursement and they have done that with every bill I have submitted, no questions asked. And talk about an easy claim submission process? Always answer questions if you call or email. who knew my 2 year old pit would have a cancerous tumor removed so young? I am sooooo glad I signed up with them and my premium is less than $17 a month! Everyone can afford this and should have it.

Truepanion is the worst don't waste your money on these a$$holes
Paid them for almost 15 years. They never covered anything. Dog had a anal node blowout, must have been our fault. Dog started having seisures, must have been preexisting in the breed. Dog needed dental surgery, must have been my fault. Dog needed checkup for an allergy, screw you. Dog died, also screw you. Never did us any good having crappanion. Dont waste your money on these aholes there are better options. Even the receptionists at the diagnostic place were like "oh, truepanion??? Sorry...."
