I paid the max food this insurance and…

I paid the max amount for figo insurance and they make every excuse not to pay back. If it’s illness, they say it’s for wellness visit. If it’s wellness, they say it’s illness visit and don’t cover it. They will go along everything. I spent thousands for my cats and have only received like 30% back when I paid for 100% reimbursement but they say that certain things aren’t covered. It’s really frustrating.
