The website and the app have been down for at least a month. The only reason I was able to learn this was on their Facebook page, nothing was shared with us! Every time I looked at what fb said it gave a different reason for it being unavailable. I was finally able to submit my claim after 2 weeks (out of pure luck) and now I’ll have to wait to see how long it takes to get the claim. They also provided an email address on their fb to submit claims, and of course it doesn’t work either. I called today to ask for a refund for the time we couldn’t submit claims and they said it’s not something they do. I cancelled my policy today.
