Trupanion makes my dog's life possible even though she has cancer
I am grateful to have Trupanion coverage, as it would be difficult to afford cancer treatments for my dog without it. Trupanion is very quick to assess invoices and reimburse me: it happens within days of my putting my invoices into the Web site. I find the Web site easy to use, and the instructions clear. Claire's cancer is manageable with this comprehensive coverage.

Emergency Room Visit
Dog had to go to emergency room and the hospital was able to connect with Trupanion and do my refund right there at the hospital where I did not even need to file a claim such a great convenience I would give more than five stars for this if possible

Amanda Mello is hands down the best insurance rep ever
Amanda was the most helpful person I have ever spoken to when looking for insurance. She answered all my questions and took all the time I needed on the phone. she's answered my emailed right away and is still helping me even after I made my purchase. She was able to edit my quote about 50000 times without complaining. she's gone above and beyond in every way and I'm a fetch client because of her. I will recommend fetch to my friends because of Amandas outstanding customer service

Denied claim - Won't be keeping this insurance
There was very little communication during the claims process and when you call someone....they can't help. They can just tell you it's been reviewed. Then the claim was denied for "pre-existing" but there was not pre-existing. I will be cancelling this insurance.

What a scam
Have had insurance for more than 10 years. First claim denied. Dog had eye infection. Denial excuses make no sense. Don't waste your money. Put aside 100 bucks a month into a savings account.

This company is awful. I paid upfront for a year and their website / app never works. I have been trying to file a claim for weeks and cannot submit anything. You call their number and no one picks up. You send them an email and no one responds. Time to reach out to a lawyer to get my money back.
