My cousin recommended Pets Best. My Riley was under 1 years old when I looked into the insurance and was comfortable with the the options and coverage. Thank goodness that I had pet insurance because unfortunately I did have to process some claims for surgery and long term hydrotherapy. The claim process and reimbursement was easy to follow and quick to expedite. You have insurance for loved one so there's no reason why your furbaby shouldn't be covered as well. Pets Best is FANTASTIC and highly recommend to all fur parents.

Excellent Customer Service
We have had insurance through Pets Plus Us for the last 10 years. They have been kind, friendly and supportive throughout the duration. Our Doxie Bull and Chow Chow German Shepherd mixes came to us with several health issues and injuries. Pets Plus Us covered their claims fairly and promptly. We lost our Doxie Bull in July and our Chow mix last week. This has been a very difficult time for our family. The team at Pets Plus Us have been kind and supportive in our loss. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance for their fur baby.

This is the first time I have purchased insurance for my pets, but it has been a blessing. I highly recommend anyone with a pedigree dog get pet insurance, it's very much worth the additional expense. We have the perfect partnership with Trupanion and Dr. Williams at Southwood Animal Hospital, Dr. Williams is the BEST!!!
Cooper's First Claim
When Cooper my Bernese Mountain Dog got sick, the vet ran lots of tests to determine the reason. Some of the tests were quite spendy. I wasn't sure if my claim was going to be fully covered, but the Lemonade team came through and covered everything except the exam. The claim process was fairly easy and the claim was approved quickly. I'm grateful that the experience turned out to be a positive one!

Strongly recommend
I strongly recommend Hartville pet insurance. First of all, read your policy and know what is covered and what isn’t, and then you won’t be disappointed and leaving poor reviews. That said, this insurance has been fantastic for me and my pets. I have had four dogs under policies and yes, it’s a big expense to carry pet insurance, but the knowledge that I never Have to worry about putting one down because I can’t pay a vet bill is worth the price. Hartville saw me through extensive vet, bills for surgery and cancer treatment for a beloved dog, and I trust them with my others. I certainly don’t know of an affordable health insurance for humans that has a $250 deductible! Customer service has always been excellent.
