Tries to deny claims

They're an insurance company that does everything they can to deny a claim. Did you bring your pet to the vet after noticing strange behaviors and symptoms? Well according to them, that's just a "routine checkup" that doesn't qualify for insurance, even if your pet is prescribed medicines and/or a diet.

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company! I am stopping payment thru my credit card company as I am locked out of their website, can't upload claims, when I did upload one a few months ago, they are denied and no one ever answers the phone. Their website has been down for over a month. Horrendous.

Insurance That Works For Me and My Roxi

I feel Pumpkin was a great choice for my Roxi. I've just been with them since October 2025, and the Wellness package has helped to defray some of the cost associated with getting my Roxi her first year of vaccinations. The staff has been very accommodating when I've needed to call with questions. They have each displayed excellent customer service.

Filing claims via the MetLife app on my phone is fast and convenient. The Vet chat is also great when you have general concerns and want a second opinion with your pets symptoms. I have called customer service with plan changes and everything was taken care of.
