They are decent, but they look for every reason not to pay claims. I have been using them for 6+ years, but they continue to deny claims for a ton of different reason. I recently needed a sedative for my dog due to an injury, and they denied it because they do not cover "behavioral medications", but this was medically necessary. Also, when I originally signed up it was $50 per month and now is over $105. They claimed premiums would not go up when I signed up, but recently looked at my account where they have increased EVERY YEAR. **They responded to this saying to call them. I've called many times to ask about the premium but they have a script to read from and nothing changes***

Horrible i sign up with this insurance 6 months ago i paid they misleading me about claim My dog had allergies and they give him medication it’s expensive i send the invoice won’t cover it just imagine $93.00 dollars they won’t pay what happen if surgery horrible customer service before you buy the policy you hear all good after they don’t know you don’t buy anything from this company

Wonderful experience and support
Wonderful experience. Very serious middle of the night Thanksgiving eve Emergency Vet hospital vist and significant bill. Luckily, our dog recovered and is now fine. Healthy Paws made the claim process easy and very quick to reimburse us according to the policy we have. People think about medical coverage, they also ought to think likewise about pet health insurance. Healthy Paws is highly recommended.

So far so good! Rebecca was excellent to work with to get the policy that best fit my needs and budget. She answered all my questions. Rates were very competitive and reasonable. I did not give 5 stars as I want to see what happens when I submit a claim…hoping to be able to give them 5 stars! Rebecca deserves 5 stars!
