Pets Best is the WORST!!!
They used to complete claims in a week, now it takes several weeks! Their website/app were down for weeks & you couldnt even submit claims! WEEKS!!! It was ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend Pets Best, but now I cant leave because of "pre-existing conditions" clause.

Brutal premium hike after one year!
We purchased pet Insurance with Spot last year shortly after adopting a cat. The rate was good $182 and claims were promptly paid. After one year in which we had claims that approximately matched our premium they have boosted our premium to $500!!! Not sure why this drastic increase in price came about and i couldn’t understand the woman who took my call at the call center due to her heavy accent. I’m extremely disappointed in Spot Insurance do to our > 150% rate increase…
