Speedy Claim Results For An Ear Infection
My dog had an ear infection that required a visit to the vet. I submitted a claim which included the exam, lab tests, and medication. I received a email immediately saying that my claim had been received and about two days later, another email came saying I was been reimbursed for the vet visit. I think the money was deposited in my bank account a few days later. I was pleased at how quickly this all occurred.

We Love Pet's Best insurance! The ease of submitting a claim is wonderful. Recently I have noticed a shortened processing time for claims as well with my last one for a medication reimbursal being processed in less than 24 hours! We HIGHLY recommend Pet's Best....They have been wonderful in caring for our Husky/Rat terrier mix, Miss Maggie Blossom! If you are considering adding a fur baby to your family I highly recommend Pet's Best Insurance!
Pets Plus Us
My 8 year old Corgi mix needed ACL surgery. Pets Plus Us was very quick in approving, and paying for, all preliminary exams, x-rays, blood work, etc. I sent them an estimate prior to the surgery. the surgery was on a Saturday and the insurance money was in my account before the end of the week. You can't ask for better service than that,

Submission of Claim for my dog Sydney
I have been using Pets Best Insurance for my dog since I rescued her at age 3 in 2020. I have submitted claims for bloodwork, surgeries, dentistry, etc for 5 years now with no issues. The ease of submitting claims and payment payouts are quick, explained thoroughly and I am completely satisfied with my pet’s insurance policy and coverage.

Pet’s Beat has been with me and my pets for several years now. They are so fast and responsive, and most importantly very fair. They are worth every penny of premium and it’s because of them that I don’t hesitate to take my pets to the vet because I know they will support me as much as possible. If not for them, my pets would not be healthy!

I have a senior dog with arthritis and a heart condition, so I have had a lot of claims with Pets Best. The claims process is super easy and Pets Best has paid all of my claims without question. I highly recommend Pets Best.
Extremely easy claim process
I was so worried about having to pay for a large emergency surgical bill up front. I didn't have time to reach out to insurance since my dog was suddenly paralyzed in his back legs. I put the $9k deposit on my credit card to rush my dog to emergency surgery -- I crossed my fingers that insurance would cover it. I've read some horrifying stories about claim delays and rejections so I was a bit anxious. However, I cannot recommend Pets Best enough. They're significantly cheaper than all competitors for the same coverage and approved my claim in just over a week from submission. Not a single line on the invoice (from medications to the operation) was rejected from coverage. Pet insurance is something you buy and hope to never use. Thankfully, I had Pets Best during what was one of the most traumatic experiences for me. I've read too many heartbreaking stories of people having to put their pet down because they couldn't afford care. I'm glad that I wasn't in that position.

I have had pets plus us and my dog Benito for 5 years. I applied for this insurance upon welcoming our family frenchie into our home and I have never had to use it up until now, and let me just say that while our doggie has never had any serious health concerns the unexpected happened and pets plus us made it so easy the whole way through this lengthy process of trying to figure out what was going on with our pet and further more when i was unsure of how to proceed with certain claims i was able to call customer service and talk to a real life person who not only guided me through the claim for reimbursement but was compassionate in asking me how my dog and myself were doing while figuring out care. that was an extra that i truly wasn't expecting but it felt good to know that i was being viewed as more than a claim. I highly recommend them not only is the coverage great but so is the customer service and the process is incredibly easy. Thank you pets plus for making a scary situation a whole lot easier to go through. Ps: Benito is going to be A-ok after some treatments that I can afford for him thanks to his coverage!!
Best Pet Insurance Ever!!
I have a labradoodle that loves to eat absolutely anything! (including socks) He has already had 2 surgeries to remove contents from his intestines and stomach. The first surgery, we did not have insurance. We decided that since he loved eating everything, we probably needed to get insurance for him. After doing some research, we decided to go with and Accident & Illness Plan through Pets Best. They have been extremely easy to work with and have reviewed and paid, or applied to our deductible, every claim we have had to submit on our labradoodle. We highly recommend giving them a try!
