I had to cancel the insurance as I wasn't going to pay for something that was taking over 1 month to get reimbursement. I would submit everything they asked for only to receive an email saying they were missing information that I knew I sent and had record that I sent it. Their live chat is terrible as no one is available during the open hours. The email responses are not much better as these are vague and not helpful. There was no simple and quick reimbursement as everyone has said.
Makes a difficult situation better
It is difficult to have a sick pet but Pets Best insurance makes filing the claims very easy and processes them very quickly. They make a tough situation much easier. Highly recommend!

Great experience so far
"I recently signed my new puppy up for pets best because I was previously using Odie for my cat and I have had nothing but horrible experiences with them. They have poor communication and their claims take months unless you email with a complaint, then they expedite it. I have had such an amazing experience with my first claim for my puppy that I've now added my cat on too, and plan on cancelling Odie. I received communication before my claim was processed letting me know that there may be a delay in processing, but it only took about 2-3 weeks for them to process.

I am very satisfied with PetsBest for the great plans that they have and for the convenient and ease of filing and receiving payment for claims. Their system is very easy to navigate, and I have been able to do all of my transactions on line.

Best insurance company ever. My husky has several health issues and if it weren't for Pets Best i would have had to give her yo a rescue so she could get the treatments she needs. Claims process is super easy. Pets Best us very responsive and let's you know where your claim is in the process. Love this company. Thanks for helping me to be able to keep our girl right here where she belongs.

I’ve had pet insurance companies for decades and Pets Best is the best. Easy claims process, policies offered are very good. Always answer my questions in a timely manner. No problems for years. I highly recommend them. Also, policy pricing is competitive.

S3280@aol.com I joined in October of 2022 after Anniversary premiums went up.No claims 2022 2024 till beginning of 2025.Had a 500 deductible 90% but WHENEVER yu submit a claim they dov90% of that so when yu do finally satisfy the Deductible yu end up paying over 600 and close to 700 deductibles.SCAM ARTIST.DONT TAKE THEM CUT OFF PHONE LINES DOWNSIZE STAFF DONT RESPOND TO EMAIL UNLESS YU HARRASS THEM.I COMPLETELY HAD IT WITH THEM.GOING OUT OF BUSINESS DIDNT HAD THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW.FOUND OUT BY CHANCE.FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST.SO I CANCELLED THEM BEFORE THEY CANCEL ME.GOOD RIDDANCE.

So thankful for Healthy Paws pet insurance! My dog needed emergency surgery for a collapsed lung. The insurance covered 90%, and we were reimbursed in less than a month. Truly amazing company, and the claims department was great! If anyone needs pet insurance, this is the one to get! Thank you, thank you!
