Pets Best Claim process

I have submitted 3 claims in order to meet my deductible. One was processed correctly - the others were denied. The reason was that it was not during coverage period. Both that were denied were within the coverage period. Phone calls to Pets Best are useless. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to emails individually. It is a prewritten email that tells you nothing. I am about to report this company to the insurance bureau to see if that gets me anywhere. I would not recommend Pets Best.

This is our third year with Embrace

This is our third year with Embrace. The web site is so easy to use and claims are always resolved with one to two days. Your reimbursements are back in your bank account quickly. They are dedicated to taking care of your pets. I messed up one claim by using the wrong year and instead of just declining my claim they saw my mistake and fixed it themselves let me know where my mistake was and continued to resolve and reimburse me for my claim. They are all friendly, outstanding representatives who are truly there to help you take care of your pets.

I’m recently a new customer and my dogs…

I’m recently a new customer and my dogs are very healthy and otherwise, low maintenance. However, My puppy got very sick with for an unknown reason and spot was quick to review the records and reimburse. I always say you never know how insurance is until you have to use it. I was very pleased with the whole process. It was easy to submit a claim, and I had a quick reimbursement.

My dogs policy lapsed by accident and…

My dogs policy lapsed by accident and instead of letting me reinstate her policy you made me purchase a new policy that’s costing me around $60 more a month. I’ve never had a single issue with you until now. I’ll think twice before recommending you in the future.

I have sent 4 emails to Pumpkin asking for information about medical records. 11/16, 11/27, 12/6, 12/12/2025 I have not heard ANYTHING from them. I'm concerned..if they don't respond to a simple email, what would happen if I had a claim??
