Spot has been great. We had our first claim this year and it was handled very quickly. They were very clear in what documents I needed to submit and followed up when I omitted one. The payout was only two weeks after I originally submitted. Everyone I talked to was so kind and professional.

Bad administration and overly broad pre-existing condition determination
Embrace took way too long -- and engaged in no proactive follow-up -- to gather my dog's prior vet records and then took an overly broad view of my dog's preexisting conditions. I am very disappointed in Embrace and don't know why Forbes rated them so high.
