Pets Best - Highly Recommended

Pets Best is the absolute best decision I ever made when it comes to protecting my pets. There are so many options for coverage that meet individual needs. The claim process is quick and easy. Recently, one of my dogs experienced a severe emergency. I had no concerns with covering the cost for his care because of Pets Best. The policy allowed me to focus on his care and ensuring he received what he needed to become better. I recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance and will use them for all my pets in the future.

Great service and Help from Amanda with Fetch

Amanda was very open about the insurance what was available and how it works. She reviewed everything with me prior to my purchase and did ask me numerous times if I had any questions or required clarification on any aspect of the insurance. I found her to be very helpful. This is our 5th dog but the first time we have purchased insurance. Thank you very much Amanda.

Healthy Paws is on a downward spiral, I’m not sure what happened to them.

Healthy Paws is on a downward spiral. I don’t know what has happened to them. (1) It seems that Healthy Paws may have outsourced their Call Center to a foreign country; one call to Healthy Paws, and I have an intense headache, my interaction with the Healthy Paws, alleged, Customer Service representative was horrifying, with no evidence of “customer service." (2) The person I spoke with at the Healthy Paws Call Center, or attempted to speak with, had so much background noise, that I could hardly hear him, never mind understand him. It sounded like he was on a runway at Kennedy Airport.

4 paws up for Embrace! I've had dogs my whole life and finally tested out pet insurance with one of my dogs, who happened to need ACL surgery. I was skeptical that pet insurance would cover this without a lot of hassle, but to my surprise, Embrace did! They covered my dogs surgery without any hassle and did so quickly. Reimbursement without the fight!

I have had Embrace insurance for three of my dogs. Although with each animal the first claim took a little longer(but still within a 7-10 days), each subsequent claim has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, on some occasions, the same or next day! This gives great peace of mind knowing that "fighting" with my pet insurance for reimbursement is not on my radar when dealing with my ill pet. This is much appreciated . Highly recommend
